PHASE 4: HOW OTHERS VIEW YOUR CHURCH
This step assesses how outsiders view and experience your church. Your team will take a diagnostic look at your website and weekend service through the unique lenses and personas of four potential visitors.
PHASE 3: VISION & VALUES CLARIFICATION
Using a unique tool, this phase helps re-center—or rediscover—your church’s core vision, mission, and values. The team-based exercises are designed to facilitate critical conversations in a fun, interactive, gamified context.
PHASE 2: ORGANIZATIONAL SELF-AWARENESS
This process builds upon those same four vital elements of healthy and effective churches: Integrity, Passion, Servanthood, and Imagination. After completing multiple online assessments and group exercises, you’ll receive an in-depth final report with recommended action steps.

The Elemental Leader Survey assesses your leadership style in four key areas: Integrity, Passion, Servanthood, and Imagination. It’s not intended to measure “strengths and weaknesses,” but rather to identify a natural leadership style and how the four elements are balanced within it.
